Visit our Menu, go to "Custom Design Code - Payment" Find the correct listing based on the Design Code (e.g., #Z Handcraft Service Payment) and select the matching code from the variation.
③ Adding Special Customization Requests (Optional):
Before checking out, when you are in “Your Cart” page, you’ll see a text box labeled “Order Special Instructions”. Here you can include small custom requests(1-2 minor details are welcome!), for example:
• “Please add wings to the mini Zimomo.”
• “Change the bow accessories near ears to pink or black.”
• “Keep all teeth white or paint just one tooth pink.”
• “Paint the toenails a specific color.”
We’ll do our best to accommodate your creative wishes!
④ Important Checkout Step:
When you click “Checkout”, please carefully review your Shipping Method:
- Canada, as it’s alphabetically first.

- Make sure you select your own shipping destination country from the list, as shipping costs vary significantly.
- Choosing the wrong country will unfortunately result in order cancellation, so please double-check!
⑤ Confirm & Complete Payment:
Once you confirm the shipping details, simply proceed to payment. After successful payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email including tracking information as soon as your order ships!
