Return & Refund Policy for Custom Handmade Products

1. No Refunds for Custom Orders
All items are made-to-order per your specifications. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

2. Limited Exceptions
We only accept returns/exchanges if:

  • You received a wrong item (not as described in your order).

  • The item is physically damaged (e.g., broken, unusable).

3. Mandatory Video Evidence
To qualify for a refund/replacement:

  • Film an unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.

  • The video must:

    • Show the unbroken shipping box seals (no prior tampering).

    • Clearly display the damage/wrong item inside the package.

    • Clearly visible shipping label (with your address and tracking number)

  • Email the full video to [PPmartBoutique@outlook.com] within 3 days of delivery.

  • No video = No refund, no exceptions.

4. Refund Process (If Approved)

  • We’ll inspect the video and may request additional details.

  • If valid, we’ll refund or replace the item within 10 business days.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by us only for verified errors.

5. EU Customers
Custom handmade goods are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period (EU Consumer Rights Directive, Article 16(c)). Refunds require video proof as above.
